The Trend Apartment is located on a high-parterre of a turn-of-the-century building completely renovated in 2010. It is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, just three stops away from the city centre, which our Guests can reach travelling by the tram no. 71, whose stop is 100 metres away from the house. The location of our Trend Apratment is also ideal for drivers because of the proximity of the motorway. The nearest park place is 200 metres away from the Apartment. You can park your car for free in Simmeringer Hauptstraße (11th destrict) or in the side streets. Park & Ride facilities are located at many final underground stations.

What is more, shopping possibilities, multi-storey car parks, restaurants and cafés are nearby. Because the apartment overlooks the inner courtyard, it is very quiet, even though it is close to the centre. A visit to the Belvedere Palace comes to mind, due to the complex being only 2 stops away.

The Trend Apartment is suitable for four people. In the living room is sofa bed for two and in the stylish bedroom is a full-size bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe.
